People on site have seen management fudge production numbers. Obviously the contract met team have seen this dodgy practice taking place with other items also. If the story line doesn’t suit certain managers they just run those non conforming staff off site.
The senior managers just blame the junior managers for any issues and it shows in the report about staff changes in November. The senior management are the ones that can’t do their job and they just remove the juniors to cover the blame for their incompetence.
