They advised shareholders that they were going to help fund the mining from copper sulphate revenue.
However, failure to reach production targets has resulted in a revenue black hole that required an additional capital raising resulting in a 10% dilution of existing shareholders.
If you don't see this as material, I'd suggest you'd be a good candidate for a job at TNC.
