Perth really does have a very high percentage of absolutely terrible, no talent types earning comparatively high wages as management or directors of ASX listed companies.
Simon not one I'd put in with them tbh, he actually has talent and abilities in team building, project building etc, though yeah, I don't agree with his hand being put out for making a 40% loss on the IPO price of 70 cents. It's quite disgraceful really. Reeks of entitlement, arrogance and a total disregard for shareholders. In the end though, you can calculate what his million dollar payment costs you personally by dividing a million $ by the total shares on issue, to get a per share cost of 0.00078125 then multiplying by your total number of shares. Some perspective at least.
