Coming up to the yearly report. No real news aside from MB posting all day everyday (including business hours) to Twitter about whatever odd theory is on his mind, to an admiring audience of cookers and oddballs.
Curious as to whether we see any sustained effect of AI on FLN's revenues. Still not convinced by MB's mental gymnastics that FLN is in a good place with the rise of generative AI. The most obvious effect would be that the substitution of low-quality AI output forlow-quality freelancers will continue to erode their revenues and as gen AI becomes better in other domains (programming, images, video, entire websites) it will hit a broader base. It's unclear to me why you'd go to FLN for your "AI agent needs" given there are hundreds of purebreed AI companies in every niche (many of them extremely well-funded).
As aways, keep an eye on Net Tangible Assets, Working Capital, the remarkably big pile of "user obligation" current liability (not matched by any assets) and whether Loadshift will ever get its own segment, lol.
