Is this not the very same man who owned a company named "China First" and who used his position in Queensland Nickel to have that company commit to buy $135m in stock in his company in the weeks before he handed QN over to administrators? Was it not this very act made sure that he and his company got paid out of any asset sales before the employees got their legal entitlements?
When dragged into court evidently Clive and his mates were running QN whilst insolvent for months and only handed it over to administrators after securing any assets for himself.
Yep, looking after the little guy by bending him over !
