outstanding employee entitlements of $300k! What were the values that these employees are/were adding to their bosses, poor SHs? Money raised will be just sucked in the form of entitlements. They could wait for a deal being pursued by C14 and get their entitlements upon the deal execution. If they are not confident in C14's capability to get any deal done, they deserve no entitlements. BTW what benefit will the deal bring to the SHs? In your post, you mentioned $70m from SHs and tax payers. Who would audit if they at all did anything worthy? Who would audit if C14 is at all doing anyhting? What is the gurantee that money rasied will be used for the deal? They used to copy and paste " fund will be used for commercial deal" everytime they received R&D? Why did the lady told "CR not needed"? Who would challenge her and take her behind the bar for careless about finance? Are they at all worthy for entitlements? Their approach to raising money at such a massive discounted rate suggests they did not do proper homework for trials, CROs selection, .... Who would then put money? I do not want to put any cent for them to stay alive to come for money again. Let C14 bring something tangible. But C14 is just like a carrot to collect money. It looks like C14 is one of the services to benefit Biorton notorious management, not the poor SHs who got entertaiend with " Comign weeks, headline results, good pogress, discussion going on, holy grail, commercialization, .." ignoring the cunning words "commercialization path is not a fast path", they what have they been doing at least since 2018?
