    The $31m in the bank is encumbered by way of the BTRV agreement.
    Secondly, it's not all cash receipts from paying customers, majority it seems is not.
    Thirdly, are the funds sitting in the bank for end of Q reconciliation then moved across to FC as part of the agreement?
