Yes they need to swap out the churn that's my point otherwise FC get another 24% of the sale value. The bigger the churn rate and higher the $$$$ outstanding the faster you have to run to stand still so that FC doesn't take ~50% of the sales revenue and they still have them by the short and curly's !
