Hey @chakay, My read is that it's all upfront then the customer needs to agree after the video is shot. If they don't agree we have 120 days to find another paying customer to take up the package. They reference $1000 a month package too, I really don't know how popular it is to spend that much given the advertising on the website, still haven't worked that out.
