I worked in a telesales job for a few years a while back and our product would get installed between 0-90 days as rule of thumb. Sales made in one month were paid 2nd Friday of following month. If a job installed after you had been paid fell over or customer cancelled you got a 'clawback' on your next monthly comms. This is pretty consistent across telesales roles and would assume something similar here.
