I was also just reading an article on AFR about Xero handing out shares to its employees instead of wages.. not bonuses... wages. the AFR described it as "arithmetic gymnastics". so it is fine for XRO to do it to make their EBITDA look shiny but if a startup media player does it then the AFR is all over it. gimme a break.
