The extra confusion here which I haven't reconciled is 20 (b), it references a $1000 per month membership fee. Seems like FCC is forwarding BIG 35% of a $12,000 package and this is the customer they need to find for FCC within 120 days. They could use that money forwarded for working capital for other videos etc.

But doesn't this mean BIG get the benefit of 35% of $12,000 for working capital but within 120 days need to find a $1000 pm customer. I didn't even know those packages existed.
