But hang on...are BRTV saying they can or may use part of the 2000 clients to swap in to replace in the Sponsorship pool... who don't actually care for FCC funding?
It states very clearly those 2000 ARE NOT sponsored by FCC.
So BRTV are also then using "non financed" clients to replenish the declined customer list, which in turn means BRTV owe the $12,000 if those particular clients don't pay, as BRTV is being advanced on clients that are not sponsored.
