I read the first 4 pages of this responce and i got lost.
I see a very misleading business set up of this company.

Fcc gives a percentage of membership fee to BIG which makes about 35% of BIG revenue. 75% of BIG revenue comes from from direct membership.

My biggest concern here, how can a company claim a revenue just from people signing up? Not even considering the cooling off period!

It doesn't sound like Auditors have done a proper job here.

I am still struggling to understand the true value of this company!!

A true investment starts from real company analysis, not speculations!
