Mate here's an idea Go register as a litigation funder (no regulation yet) Then instruct a lawyer to start a class action against BIG for your losses. Then U prob need to pass the action on to an actual funder, oh and take your cut for the referral upfront not at end It will more than cover you losses. Job done. **BTW not suggesting a class action is warranted here, I'm sure there will be LF"s watching however with bated breathe. All in jest.
