Another interesting point: at 31 Dec, Security Deposits held were $19,859,415.85
As that is 41% of the initial offer amount, it means the total forwarded by FC under offers was around $48 mil.
The amount paid to BRTV (24%) would have been around $17 mil.
Those numbers look too high, 48 mil is more than the whole historical cash flow. Am I missing something?
