re: Ann: Response to ASX Query Lifting of Tra... Ive been going backwards and forwards with the ACCC on a number of issues for over 2 years with NEN . I can tell you that if you keep persisting they will make contact with NEN . My latest was around the share registry , I wont go into any detail apart from the ACCC made them contact me and follow up accordingly as they should . It shouldn't come to this and I highlighted to the ACCC the lack of communication and neglect to shareholders common rights . Keep putting pressure on them and force them to acknowledge the owners of the company and provide the level of detail that's required
