They probably have the odd night of troubled sleep trying to think of a plan to keep the cash flowing, and hey bingo the AGM will allow them to dilute the business further with the availability of circa 250million shares to issue. Still wondering how they are going to pay the debt of US$5mill +30% in gold due shortly, no doubt they will find a way to renegotiate it.
