    The SEI response should be

    1. your please explain is a day late and not insignificant percentage short on the actual rise we have experienced

    2. Did you check out our recent deal we are about to get over the line?

    3. As a listed company how much in the way of fees do we pay for this "regulation?" Does it achieve anything?

    Please explain.
