It is of little relevence how much cash CHM are showing on the books as their new, or soon to be JV partners (read MMX) appear to be well cashed up.
Once the paperwork is tidied up, it will then be a matter of associated companies being all palsy walsy with each other and, looking out for each other.
Inter-company loans (fully disclosed of course)and all that, will make for a really great annual meeting, followed by the traditional BBQ overlooking the bridge, or wherever Benny nominates.
We can then be brothers/sisters in arms; how good will that be?
