Hi BB...hate to destroy your illusions....But Glyna is not female....Would also love to understand your or indeed anyone on the chm team's thinking regarding why on earth they would have any hope of a "substantial" payout either by settlement or court ordered award...let us examine past relevant facts that we know.... 1/ Chm had 80% interest in Koh and Evans claim...Fact! 2/ Chm repeatedly made announcements to shareholders and asx that the claim was worth between $150 and $250 million dollars..Fact! 3/ Murchison believed this action was difficult to defend in court therefore offered settlement..Fact! 4/ chm after maintaining value between $150 and $250 million, realised mmx wasnt confident of going to court and yet still settled for the equivalent of $7 million..or in percentage terms between 2 and 5% of what they said they believed the claim to be worth..Fact! As Shareholders..Genuinely..How did you feel about that??? lied to? cheated? conned? or happy?....
