In all seriousness, and to amplify some of my fellow MMX shareholders who appear to have the same empathy for shareholders as I do, I would urge all current CHM holders to consider their current holdings and their risk strategies.
This announcement does not give me a warm feeling for this company at all - as suggested by the share price. My opinion - and I say obviously my own, take or leave - would you seriously consider seeing a litigating party getting such a notice when they are taking on an ASX 200 company?
I don't have the same combativeness towards CHM shareholders as some of my fellow MMX shareholders - however I do not like to see folk lose money on the basis of a whim and a prayer.
