They got these shares for free, mate. They used shareholders money to make a business and even bought other company's share to get millions dividends for NOV. Then they issued more and more shares to themselves. They reported make more money every time last 3 years and didn't give profit to shareholders ever one penny. They used these money to make them rich and richer. Only they do is publishing couple videos with a nice old man talk about nice good news about the company. Then all shareholders are happy and forget their have no return for last 3 years at all. What a joke.
