re: Ann: Response to ASX query regarding sect... good to see you all read the announcement closely...

    1. The ASX letter dated Friday 14th is in reponse to a letter QFX sent to the ASX on Thursday 13th advising them of the notice they had received. So it was QFX who alerted the ASX as to the action.

    2. You obviously took no notice of the lawyer who signed the letter to the ASX. Might be worth a second look before you start jumping to conclusions and making statements like... "nothing like corporate Lawyer fees to blow out admin costs."

    3. "It is odd though for the company to receive a request for EGM but not 249D attached. However it could be a case where they have issued the company notice that they have 5% min requirement and looking to serve the company a 249D in the coming days."

Announcement quite clearly says that the shareholder/s do not have 5% of votes issued at the time the notice was issued to the company.

Always a good idea to re-read an annoucement before posting so you understand the context, people and timelines associated.
