    Meeting production targets is crucial for a producer in terms of developing and maintaining broker and shareholder support and thus shareprice. I do not, and never have, held CTO, but frankly I find the statement that the massive production shortfall, combined with reduction of forward targets, was 'not material' pretty damn baffling.
