On the face of it, it may seem like a massive jump in just a few days but the price is simply catching up to the fundamentals. Under 10 cents was reasonable when the future of this company was uncertain but its now making money and ramping up so 20 cents is at least fair value and still not overpriced by any stretch of the imagination.
