I've seen some stupid speeding tickets at times but this one takes the cake.

Where was the please explain notice when my paper losses exceeded 30% for months on end.

I took the gamble and feel that I'm well deserving of recent gains. Furthermore, those gains are more than justified when one considers the implications of recent developments.
