Sorry but how do you know this Chinese Contract is in "pilot" stage only?
I know Nexbis has made this reference in their announcement; but in fact its hard to glean just what are the relevant contractual obligations of the parties.
In this context the November 2008 announcement regarding the $200m income stream from the "Chinese Government" contract & subsequent events is a trifle hard to reconcile.
Perhaps ASX/ASIC can explain to me why I shouldn't have this uneasy feeling this is all well below meeting the spirit of the relevant disclosure rules.
