Spot on guys!! I found the explanation quite interesting to say the least. The only reason why they would admit to being in final discussions is because they must be very close to an outcome. If they had give no reason and then a week later bring out a big announcement then they would have some explaining to do as they were holding incomplete price sensitive information at the time of the speeding ticket ! Sounds like a deffenate announcement to be made in the very near future! Very very interesting!!
