Very narrowly presented article. As mentioned by previous posters, volume, trading history etc do not indicate a leak. News was expected and BYR make clear that drill results were not announced.
If there was a leak then continuous on-market buying would have prevailed. From memory there were only a handful of small on-market bids spaced over a decent time frame...
Also, every company is entitled to some confidentiality. Even BHP!!!
