Yeah, I wish they would spend some time investigating all the capped res stocks, and why the bot traders continually hold the prices down. Also, while I'm at it they could investigate BOA (Bank of America) and their dodgy trading practices, and a few others.
It seems that the small guy has no watchdog allies, giving the institutions the power to do what they will.
My bitch/rant for the day.
