if you look into the history of mr monti you will see that he was a co founder of Ventnor capital and with the appointment of mr hannaford to JAG (also with Ventnor) and mr monti's recent buying it raises a few eyebrows to what the future of this (basically a shell co) will hold as the speciality's of Ventnor are :

* Resources project evaluation and mgt

* Corporate structuring

* Restructures

* Mergers,acquisitions and divestments

* back door listings

mr monti is also on the boards of (ASX) POK , and with "twiggy forrest" on Poseidon Nickel amongst other co's as well ( busy man ! ).

what the above two have instore for JAG is wide open to speculation and it may or may not have alot to do with Corona....

i just hope a better deal is struck than the last one ...

$200,000 worth of shares @ 20c and a small cash consideration for lease and that co is worth i think 9c now
