Not sure Kiwilad meant forced cap raising as such , just a cap raising in general maybe?
I think I see where he is coming from, if there were to be a cap raising? then it would be at a lesser price than was the case a month or so back, it is possible we may see a CR, it will be under the pretext that they need the money for PNG or something of that ilk, that may be the case of course, but why let the SP drop? it would mean less dilution at a higher SP, but then again at a lesser SP they possibly get to sell many many more at a lesser price (to whom is the question), but there is a limit that they can offer I believe, in a percentage form from memory.
