Who knows william, VDM might surprise, all they have to do is to get legal advise on debt recovery, the right people for their respective jobs and as I'm sure you are well aware that most companies do have the right skilled both management and workers.
Just as an aside I worked for a firm who brought in a new branch manager and it was left to us, the ones who got their hands dirty to show him what to do.
So in my not so humble opinion (that's why I never say IMHO or DYOR)VDM could be a hold, a long one but still a hold.
