I think the asx is pushing for them to release 3b's the day they are agreed too.
Pretty sure the problem is the gurney loans are on a 5 day VWAP with a 20% discount and then 3 days grace to offload.
So if that is the deal with Gurney, Fairstar is never going to be able to continue with that loan agreement to appease the asx which is probably acting on complaints of either holders or non-holders of FAS.
There is a solution though they can start doing 3b's to sophisticated investors and releasing the 3b same day.
