If the ASX suspects the listing rules have been breached, continual non compliance, they will refer the matter to ASIC, who will then investigate.

Securities are suspended, the matter is investigated by ASIC using section 674 of the Corp act as a guide.

Penalties associated with this section apply to individual directors and company secs.
