Here's the question;

"anyone know what the penalty for continual non compliance is"

Here's the response;

"If the ASX suspects the listing rules have been breached, continual non compliance, they will refer the matter to ASIC, who will then investigate.

Securities are suspended, the matter is investigated by ASIC using section 674 of the Corp act as a guide.

Penalties associated with this section apply to individual directors and company secs.

Hope that helps."

Pretty fair I would have thought.

Last year the asx issued FAS with 9 issue notices.
