Kelsie , in my opinion whilst PDY is not exactly bathed in glory it has no debit and manages to get its annual financial reports in on time. FAS would appear to be in a precarious position with significant debit at high interest no income and it's main asset has had plaints for forfeiture lodged against it. It will be interesting to see the auditors comments when the annual financial reports are released
