Still waiting on decision. Nothing to say as nothing has happened.

VMS would be prohibited from saying much else other than "Court case happened, we did stuff, decision pending". Any view of how well they thought it went would be irrelevant at a minimum, could prejudice the case at one outcome [though as this is simply an appeal that the process was not followed, nothing more, not sure how much damage could be done] and if it was deemed to be sensitive info could land them in hot water for misleading the market [REALLY long bow there but who knows].

If you were looking for costs, the best strategy is to just say nothing. Any lobbying of the J's publicly through press rrelease could only hurt your case. If the result is positive, J's will ask for costs submissions from Fed Govt and Venture [State Gov has been excluded from getting any costs back].
