I share your concerns. I had just sent in my bpay to add to my holdings ( more than entitlement) when last week the change in directors notice was released. I was so p /off on the total lack of governance and respect by our chair that I rang the ASX compliance listing officer first thing Monday (they were onto it). Today again to have my feeling expressed on the record I actually rang the company secretary . I was his first call and he expects more.
