I always thought the appropriate reason for ASX reporting of Directors movements in share ownership was to keep shareholders informed. Unfortunately in this case by the Chairman not reporting his share movements he has kept every single shareholder who either bought or sold during this period totally uninformed and in the dark. You simply must know Directors share movements.
