    According to the ATO the offset scheme is capped at $100 million over three years. Also the scheme says the offset goes to shareholders not the company. So no money for FAS or KR  considering he has chosen not to buy additional FAS shares. I also do not think it is retrospective and since FAS is not spending much on exploration relative to the total amount of money invested by other companies in Australia the amount of money in it for FAS shareholders would probably not be worth the application.
