I don't actually think it is a fait accompli that the speeding ticket is a halt. I think it is an opportunity to spruik the company and reiterate the underlying reasons for a stock's strength and future potential, while the eyes of the investment community are likely on it. You never know who is looking at these tickets, who in the past has not paid much attention to NSL. Shares are as much to do with Psychology as they are fundamentals and it only takes one influential person to change the perception, and hence, reality of a stock.
JMHO though.
