No self-respecting New Yorker (Clintonistas are excluded as ring-ins from Illinois/ Arkansas) no less a NYC Attorney would be seen near an AGM of a company whose governance is naive and immature at best, dodgy and totally conflicted at worst.
If SRX was on the NASDAQ, SRX would be 5x its current SP but its governance would probably be 5x more effective, 5x more costly, and disclosures/ personal trading would be proper and beyond reproach.
