Agree. Those 4 months of 'behind the wall' sales data would be telling.

I still can't believe the BoD would let him sell shares at that time knowing the sales data built up by October. A very risky play to then try and use the excuse of previous years' sales volatility to justify not knowing the sales this year would be impacted.

Just keep shaking my head. I reckon we should ask for a voluntary escrow all of Management and BoD shares until 6 months after all current trial results are published.
