Obviously you have no knowledge about sandalwood and China. There is no such a thing call:"try to find a sandalwood buyer in China" or "sandalwood price is too optimistic in China". Throw a sandalwood to Chinese market, it will go faster than throw a steak to a hungry wolf.
lets say we cast magic to make all Quintis trees fully grown and cut them, grind them into powder and make incense sticks. It would not be enough for China to burn in a year.
A Chinese man paid more than A$20,000 for the first stick in new year. https://www.*.com.au/temple-charges-19470-for-first-incense-2014-2?r=US&IR=T
This is happening every single year in the past thousand years, and it is happening on every single temple in China, of course famous temples charges more than small temples. E.g. SHAOLIN temple.
Anyway, my point is Quintis doesn't have the deman issue, not at all, not even close. So let's focus on other issues.
Btw, do you know what Xiamen custom do after they confiscate these sandalwood? They put these sandalwood onto auction, make a good profit. And put some beads, status, incense sticks in their own pockets.
