Don't doubt it at all, as a telco would only be interested in the underlying technology (CSP) rather than the end product, Freeway, as they are not app developers that need Freeway for getting onboard the sponsored data highway. Rather, the CSP enables them to provide sd to their normal customers by way of their data perks program and soon to be OTT service (Of course, they could also make their own version of Freeway on a white label too).

On a side note, did you see GG's dream state in yesterday's short video when he mentioned the potential 6.1 billion customers? Not to be taken literally of course, but there was a visible moment of euphoria.
