No. Sorry, there is really no uncertainty that the current Torries will win this election. The only question is if they will get an all out majority. This is not unlikely. Labour moved further to the left, which means it has lost a lot of support even from its own voter base.
So, the elections will not have any major impact on any shale aspects. I would in fact expect that after the elections the government will be even stronger and regulations will be in further favor of shale developments. Most likely they will give it national importance. This will allow local procedures to be put aside for a large extend, and therefore make it easier to develop new locations.
