Good to see the asx investigating I hope they hold their feet to the fire here.

I think I might have to write to the asx myself and remind them of the company announcing an irrevocable undertaking had been recived by the company from a bank.

To announce an irrevocable undertaking has been received from a major bank is no small thing, either it was received or it wasn't, if it wasn't received and in their possession to announce such a thing is deliberate fraud.

So either the company was the victim of fraud or they have committed fraud, an irrevocable undertaking was declared in an announcement that cannot be swept under the rug or lightly forgotten.
