to me it looks like XST have answered all the questions appropriately and from what I can see have conducted themselves completely within the rules, it seems the main thrust of the ASX questions is around the potential of a tie in between the 2016 indonesian investors and the sanston 4 of which it seems like there is none, if there is then it is sanston who are in the cross hairs not XST. The only thing XST are guilty of is believing that sanstons investors were genuine, however they have binding agreements to underpin that belief
